  • Industry-specific regulatory support and consultancy

All services are rendered based on the scope agreed upon in the engagement proposal, quotation, or communication between the Client and Lawgical Station.


2. Nature of Engagement

  1. Lawgical Station acts as a consultant and advisor, not as a government body or representative.
  2. Services are rendered on a best-effort basis, relying on the accuracy of data and documents provided by the Client.
  3. Government response times, system errors, and interpretation of laws are beyond our control and may impact deliverables.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and accurate compliance, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documents.
  • Review drafts, filings, or calculations before submission when requested.
  • Respond promptly to queries, clarifications, and approvals.
  • Refrain from withholding material information that could affect compliance accuracy.

Lawgical Station shall not be held responsible for penalties, delays, or inaccuracies caused due to:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or delayed data provided by the Client;
  • Client's non-responsiveness; or
  • External government or portal issues.

4. Professional Responsibility & Limitations

  1. Lawgical Station takes full responsibility for work executed by its internal team under agreed scope and timelines.
  2. We provide Notice Coverage Support for any notice arising directly from our filings or services, subject to:
    • The client having provided true and complete data;
    • The notice pertains solely to work done by us; and
    • The client having complied with professional advice in a timely manner.
  3. Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the professional fee charged for that specific engagement, at our discretion.
  4. We shall not be liable for:
    • Any consequential, indirect, or incidental loss;
    • Penalties resulting from government portal downtime or interpretation changes;
    • Actions of third-party software or associates used for execution.

5. Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy

  1. Our pricing is custom-quoted as per scope, complexity, and timeline of each assignment.
  2. Payment terms are milestone-based, as agreed at the time of engagement.
  3. Work shall commence only after initial milestone payment is received.
  4. Government fees or third-party charges (ROC, GSTN, MCA, etc.) are non-refundable once paid.
  5. Refunds:
    • If we are unable to commence or complete the assignment from our end, the professional fee (after deducting actual expenses incurred) will be refunded with honesty and transparency.
    • No refund is applicable after work completion or submission to the concerned authority.
  6. The Company donates 1% of every professional fee received to verified NGOs as part of our social commitment.

6. Timelines & Deliverables

  1. All service timelines shared are indicative and may vary depending on:
    • Government processing speed, portal issues, or policy changes;
    • Client responsiveness;
    • Complexity of the case.
  2. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate expected timelines, delays, or dependencies transparently.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  1. Lawgical Station maintains strict confidentiality of all client data, documents, and information shared.
  2. Access to such data is restricted to authorized personnel only, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  3. Client data may be shared only with relevant authorities or third parties for compliance execution, under secure conditions.

8. Communication Consent

By availing our services or using our website, the Client consents to receive communication from Lawgical Station via:

  • Email, WhatsApp, and phone calls for updates, reminders, or official correspondence.

All communications will remain within professional and legal boundaries.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and reliability, professional advice is based on the prevailing laws and information available at the time of consultation.
  2. Law changes, government interpretations, or portal errors may impact results and are beyond our control.
  3. Lawgical Station shall not be held responsible for retrospective amendments or differing departmental interpretations.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, text, visuals, and materials are owned exclusively by AVK Lawgical Station Private Limited.

No content may be reproduced, republished, or distributed without written permission.


11. Service Termination

Lawgical Station reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:

  • Non-payment or repeated delay in communication;
  • Unethical, illegal, or misleading conduct by the client; or
  • Any activity violating applicable laws or professional ethics.

Any termination will be communicated formally with reasons.


12. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Lawgical Station for any claim shall not exceed the total professional fee charged for the specific engagement under dispute.


13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Agra, Uttar Pradesh courts only.
  3. Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
